Mackay directs all Uganda program activities, including the Bulamu Supercamps, Angel, Follow-up, and HCE programs, while also supervising the headquarters staff. He is our interface with stakeholders in each local district and with MOH officials and MPs at the national level. Mackay joined Bulamu in 2017 after 19 years of experience in program management with several well-established NGOs (including Family Health International, ICEA, and ActionAid International) that provide hospice, HIV/AIDS care, and other healthcare services in Uganda. He earned a BA in Social Sciences from Makerere University and an MA in Development Studies from Uganda Martyrs University.
