Victor Walugembe

Victor is in charge of all patient data collection and data entry at Bulamu Supercamps and also builds the necessary IT infrastructure for camp operations. He provides office IT support and staff training at our Kampala HQ office and has similar responsibilities during HCE Program installations at MOH hospitals and health centers. Before joining Bulamu, he worked for four years in various IT positions with established Ugandan companies. Victor holds a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering from Makerere University in Kampala.
